How do I pay?
Roll Your Greens provides you two payment options.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Cash
When do I pay?
Payment should be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled collection as indicated on invoice and in the case of the first delivery or once off collections, at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed delivery date.
Where do I place my mobile bag for collection?
We prefer if your mobile bag is placed safely on the verge of the property, not to interfere with pedestrians, emergency services, traffic or the collection of council garbage bins. We can mutually agree on the collection point on your property.
What do I do if my Bag or Trolley is damaged?

Can I cancel my Collection Agreement?
30 days notice is all that is required to cancel the Service.
What if my collection day is on a public holiday?
The service will be either provided on the next business day or as advised to you by Roll Yur Greens
What happens if my bag is full and I need a replacement bag before the next scheduled collection?
Roll Your Greens can provide you additional bags and collections outside of your Collection Agreement. Please refer to our once-off collection pricing here
Can I order one-off collections?
Roll Your Greens provides a number of service options including one-off collections. Information on our services can be found here.
When is my collection day?
You can find your collection day on yourRoll Your Greens invoice. If you require another copy of your schedule, please email us and a copy will be sent to you.
How do I change my collection day?
Roll Your Greens will endeavour to assist with any change-of-collection requests. However due to our other scheduled collections commitments, we are unable to guarantee a change of day without an additional charge. Please rollyourgreens@gmail.com with your request.
What do I do if I'm on holiday?
If you are unable to provide access to the bag on the day of collection, please notify our office at least 14 days prior to the scheduled collection day.
What can I place in the bag?
Green Waste as per the Collection Agreement.
"Green Waste” means: Garden refuse such as grass clippings, weeds, pruning's, branches less than 10cm in diameter, logs not longer than 30cm, leaves, plants none of which contains Builders Waste, general waste or Excluded Waste. Green Waste may not exceed Bag capacity of 200kg.
What is Excluded Waste?
“Excluded Waste” means: Lead, paint and/or paint cans, gas and/or gas canisters and/or equipment, asbestos, oil and/or flammables, pets and/or droppings, rubber, food-waste, glass, plastics and other synthetics. If found, an Excluded waste surcharge of $120 will be taken.
